Being Active

Being Active

Mind, the charity for better mental health, say that physical activity can help with:

  • Improving sleep
  • Happier moods
  • Managing stress, anxiety or intrusive and racing thoughts
  • Better self-esteem
  • Reducing the risk of depression

Physical activity doesn't mean that you have to run 5km (though well done if you can!) - trampolining, hula-hooping, skipping, walking, going out on a bike or scooter all count as being active.

On this page you will find some inspiration for getting active. Don't forget to check in with Mr Waldron's PE skills videos too!
