Today is Internet Safety Day. As a school we are responsible for the pupils safety whilst in school which also means when they are accessing their online learning using iPads, laptops and desktops. In an ever changing world and this year more than most, we need to be aware of how our young people are behaving on digital devices. So today we are focusing on safer internet use and being responsible while on the internet and especially when playing online games.
Please s click on the link below to find more information and resources to discuss with your children at home today. It’s important that everyone play their part in keeping children safe online and ensuring they know what to do if they find themselves in a situation that they do not like.

This year the Big Bird Watch is between the 29th and 31st January. Normally we have the pleasure of Karen Shields, from the RSPB, come into school to help us conduct our Big Bird Watch. As a school, we are very fortunate to have to many trees and open spaces for all types of birds to visit. While you are at home, maybe you could still take part in this! Take a look in your garden, can you see any birds? Can you hear any birds? Click on this link to find out more:https://www.rspb.org.uk/fun-and-learning/for-teachers/schools-birdwatch/
