Bangor Central Integrated Primary School is situated in the heart of Bangor with access to local parks, swimming pool, North Down Heritage Centre, local businesses and public transport. We enjoy and benefit from excellent partnerships with neighbouring nurseries, playgroups, post primary schools and the Further Education College. We are the only integrated primary school in Bangor and therefore offer a teaching and learning environment where all traditions and cultures are welcomed, respected and nurtured together. It is a wonderful place for children to spend seven years of their life.

Our school motto is ‘We care, we share, we achieve. We learn together’. Our school is a caring community made up of pupils, staff, parents and governors. Our goal is to work together to create and celebrate opportunities for all our pupils and we are very proud of our record over the years.

In September 2020, it was confirmed by the Department of Education, that we would be getting a new school. This fantastic news means that we will be moving to a new site on the Balloo Road, hopefully in 2025. You can keep up to date with progress on the new school building page in the 'About Us' section on our website. Bangor Central is on the move but learning together will still be central in our new building.
