The Colour Monster’s feelings are all over the place; he feels angry, happy, calm, sad and scared all at once! To help him, his friend helps to untangle his feelings and show him what each one means. We used this story to talk about our feelings, recognising how our bodies change when we are experiencing them, learning the names for them, what we can do if we don’t like a feeling and, most importantly, that it’s ok to feel however you are feeling!
