Our final topic is called Fit for Life. It is a practical topic that educates the children about the importance of a balanced diet, and why it is important for good health and wellbeing. The children lean about the main nutrients that are in our food, and what they are used for in our bodies. A food diary is completed and compared to the Eatwell Plate. This topic runs alongside our annual sports day, where everyone is encouraged to take part and give their all. Have a look at some of our recent sports day photos below.
