Year 5 Mitchell / Wright

We designed our own crests, these feature our favourite things that represent who we are.

In our Art lesson we learnt about colour mixing and how all colours can be made from the primary colours; red, blue and yellow.

We have been looking at maps of Bangor and compass directions. We navigated our own way to Bangor Abbey from our school. These are our compass roses that we used to learn the points of a compass.

We have been looking at history of early Bangor and the importance of St Columbanus, who was known as the ‘White Dove’.
