🏐 Our Netball A Squad were out in full force today at Bangor Academy & Sixth Form College.. for a fantastic and worthwhile training session!
It was a brilliant opportunity to train alongside their Year 8 team building teamwork, gaining valuable court experience and strengthening our match play.
A big thank you to Miss Stewart for organising such a beneficial morning. We really value supporting our neighbouring schools and continuing to build strong connections within our local community. 💙💚
And of course, it was amazing to play alongside some of our past pupils again! 👏
This harvest, we supported Storehouse North Down, a local charity fighting food poverty across Bangor North Down. They provide emergency food hampers through referrals from partner agencies. We brought items and donated them in our harvest Assembly.
Friday 14th November is Children in Need and today in our school we wore Pudsey accessories to school to show our support for this wonderful charity. In assembly we listened to a story called ‘Be Kind’. We also had a special visitor- YES Pudsey arrived to ask us to take part in this years Challenge 25 activities.
To kick start the beginning of Anti-Bullying Week, we wore odd socks to school. This year is theme is Power For Good and we will be talking about how to be kind, supportive and considerate towards everyone.
